Question: What’s the requirement of the paper format?
Answer: Please click on “Paper Submission” to download the template.

Question: Does the conference accept papers in Chinese?
Answer: No, it doesn’t.The conference only accepts papers in English.

Question: What’s the limit for page counts?
Answer: Normally we expect the paper no more than 4 pages. If the paper exceeds 4 pages, the extra fee will be required. Except the best papers, most papers are strictly required to be no more than 6 pages.

Question: How many papers can be submitted by each account?
Answer: Each account could handle 3 papers at most.

Question: Can I submit the paper to other journals or conferences?
Answer: No, you can’t.If your paper was accepted by the Conference Organizing Committee, the copyright of your paper would be transferred to the publisher.

Question: How much should a non-paper attendee pay? What items will be covered by the fee?
Answer: RMB 1200 (USD 200) should be paid for a non-paper attendee, and this fee covers the attendance for all the technical sessions, dinners during the conference, and some conference materials (program, proceedings in CD-ROM format).

Question: Can I get the certificates, confirmations or invoices during the event?
Answer: Yes, you can get your invitation letter, attendance certificate, payment confirmation, invoice or some other materials from the organizing committee if you need.

Question: Can the conference organizer help to book a room for me?
Answer: Yes, please email us your booking request along with your detailed information (see the hotel information of website)

Question: What types of meals the conference will provide?
Answer: All in type of buffet.

Question: What is the size and content of a poster? How is the poster session organized?
Answer: Size: 60cm x 160cm

Content: not limited, can be posted on the Canvases
We will set up about 60 X-Racks, and divide all the posters author into several groups (exact number of group is based on the numbers of poster authors), and each group has 1 hour of show time.

Question: How is the oral session organized? What should an author prepare in advance?
Answer: You should prepare a PPT file for your presentation and copy it from your flash drive to our computer before the oral session starts. Each oral presentation last for 20 minutes, including 15 minutes of presentation and 5 minutes of Q&A
