Overview
CiSE2012 aims to bring together Computational Intelligence and Software Engineering expertise professional from the industry, academia and government. It covers the issues on computational intelligence, information security, multimedia and graphics technologies, and software engineering. This conference shall enable interdisciplinary collaboration among Computer technologists in the academic and industrial fields.
During the conference, there shall be substantial time for presentation and discussion. In addition, poster sessions and exhibitions offer ample opportunity for information exchange among delegates and participants, especially for those who are looking for new opportunity between presenters and participants. There are various activities useful in bringing together a diverse group of engineers and technologists from across disciplines for the generation of new ideas, collaboration potential and business opportunities.

About Wuhan
Located in central China, Wuhan, the capital of Hubei Province, serves as the political, economic and cultural center of the province. The Yangtze, World’s third longest river and its largest tributary Hanshui meet in Wuhan and cut the city into three parts of Hankou, Hanyang and Wuchang, namely, Three towns of Wuhan. With an area of 8494 km2 and a population of 8.58 million, Wuhan administers 13 districts and 3 state – level development zones (Wuhan Economic & Technological Development Zone, East Lake Hi-tech Development Zone and Wujiashan Taiwan-investment Area).

With an equidistance of 1000 km away from other major Chinese cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Xi’an, Wuhan stands out as China’s geo-economic “heart” and plays a role of linking east and west, connecting north and south and serving all directions.
As one of the country’s key scientific and educational bases, Wuhan enjoys the 3 rd biggest scientific and educational capabilities among major Chinese cities. It is home to 52 universities including Wuhan University and Huazhong University of Science and Technology with an enrolment of 700 thousand university students. There are 106 science and research institutes of various kinds, 1 national laboratory, 13 state key laboratories, 47 academicians of Chinese Academy of Science and Chinese Academy of Engineering. An introduction to the Tourist Attractions in Wuhan:

After completion, the tower served as a gathering place for celebrities and poets to party and compose poetry. Cui Hao, a famous poet during the Tang dynasty (618-907), made the tower well known throughout China with his poem “Yellow Crane Tower”.
The building with red wall and green tiers before us is the very museum, Hubei Provincial Museum. Constructed in 1953, the museum is the center for collecting, studying, preserving and displaying historical and cultural relics in Hubei. More than 700,000 ancient relics are stored up in it. There is a collection of 100,000 books on history, archaeology, art etc. These relics provide precious material data for studying the development of history, culture, art, science and technology in ancient China.
Steamed Wuchang Fish is one of the most famous dishes in Wuhan. This fresh water fish, when prepared correctly is soft and rich. The best way to prepare the fish is to steam it together with Chinese ham, mushroom, bamboo shoot, and chicken soup.
Hot-dry noodles are an essential part of the Wuhan diet, eaten by almost everyone daily at breakfast time. Hot-dry noodle are made by cooking the fresh noodles mixed with sesame oil in boiling water, when the noodle has cooked and cooled, it becomes pliable. The noodles are then placed in boiling water again to be reheated and the process is repeated. After seasoning has been added, including spring onion and sauce, the hot-dry noodle is ready to be served.
